Walk and Talk In-Person
The Relax & Renew service invites you on a short lunchtime walk on Tuesday 8th July.
Taking breaks from work, getting fresh air, and doing some light exercise is great for our well-being and can also boost productivity.
Meet at the library desk on level 0 of the Sir Alex Ferguson Library at 1pm for a 30-minute looped walk through Townhead towards Strathclyde University before returning to Campus via City of Glasgow College.
Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather.
